Hal Hayden, Managing Director
J. Howard (Hal) Hayden III serves as the company’s Managing Director and oversees investor relations, portfolio management and operations. Mr. Hayden received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1979 and obtained a Certified Lease Professional designation in 1992. From 1980 until 1985 he was a Regional Account Manager for IBM’s General Systems Division. He subsequently founded Priority Leasing Corp., a small-ticket specialty leasing company, where he served as the company’s President until its sale to private investors in 1995. In 1996 Mr. Hayden founded Heritage Software Finance, a division of Heritage Leasing, and developed one of the first leasing programs for enterprise software licenses. Upon the acquisition of the company by First Sierra Financial in 1997 he became the Vice President of its Software Finance Division. Mr. Hayden has also served on the board of the United Association of Equipment Leasing and provided consulting to other companies in the technology finance industry.
Ken Colvin, Controller
Ken Colvin serves as Controller for Agility. Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in double curriculums of Accounting and Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology. Ken has practiced as a Financial Consultant with a Series 7 securities license for Cigna Financial Advisors. Ken also has participated in the Public Accounting field as both a Senior Staff Accountant and Tax Preparer. Ken has primarily served as Controller providing GAAP accounting and financial management in several privately owned businesses over the past 15 years. His Controller experience has encompassed manufacturing, wholesale/service, for-profit higher education and direct leasing.
Rena Curtis, Lease Manager
Rena Curtis serves as Lease Manager for Agility. Prior to coming to Agility, Rena spent 17 years in the Automotive Industry, mastering several different positions with American Honda Motor Corp. Her primary background is in accounting and customer service, both of which have been integral in her role at Agility when meeting our clients’ lease needs and managing their accounts.

Peter G. Bodine
Mr. Bodine became a member of our Advisory Board in May 2005 and is an investor in the Agility Lease Fund I and II. He also sits on the board of broadband service providers iBAHN and iPass. Since 2006, Mr. Bodine has served as a Managing Director of Allegis Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in broadband and wireless delivery technologies. Prior to Allegis he spent 13 years at APV Technology Partners, where he was a General Partner of three funds totaling over $220M. Mr. Bodine advised Megahertz, Maxtor, Phone.com, Proxim, Visigenic Software, Vantive, ZeitNet, U.S. Robotics, and General Magic regarding market development and technology partnerships.
C. Michael Schroeder
Mr. Schroeder has served on the Advisory Board since March 2005 and is an investor in the Agility Lease Fund I and II. Mr. Schroeder also serves as a Director on the board of Echostar Communications Corporation. In 1981, Mr. Schroeder founded Consumer Satellite Systems, Inc. (CSS), which he grew to encompass a 10 state distribution system operating in a region ranging from Wisconsin to Florida. Mr. Schroeder also founded a programming division that grew to serve over 400,000 subscribers.
Oren M. Hall
Mr. Hall has served on the Advisory Board since its inception and is an investor in the Agility Lease Fund I and II. Mr. Hall has spent thirty-five years in the leasing and finance industry as a founder, President and CEO of both public and privately-held companies. He recently served as a Director of Pinnacle Capital, a leasing and finance company and is a past President of the United Association of Equipment Leasing.
Kevin Grossman
Mr. Grossman joined our Advisory Board in March 2006 and is an investor in the Agility Lease Fund I & II. He currently serves as a Managing Director with Hercules Technology Growth Capital, providing Senior, Subordinated and Convertible debt to the Technology and Life Sciences industries. Mr. Grossman previously served as a Senior Relationship Manager and Senior Vice President in Silicon Valley Bank’s Colorado office from July 1999 – August 2006 servicing technology and life sciences companies throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado. Prior to joining SVB in 1999, Mr. Grossman served in a business development role with several niche asset-based lenders.
